Quantum Gravity
(inspired by Lee Smolin's book, "Three Roads to Quantum Gravity")
Physicists are trying to come up with a theory of gravity that unifies General Relativity with Quantum Theory. This might just be a Theory of Everything. In the painting, the little red square represents the Unified Theory of Gravity. The other 3 quadrilaterals represent two trios. First trio, Newton, Einstein and Quantum physicists. Second trio, String Theory, Loop Theory and Blackhole Thermodynamics, all contributors or approaches pertinent to exploring the mystery of gravity. The "writing" in the painting is the solution to this problem; as yet not understood and still being written.
